Taking Care of Business 2018
Minister of State for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market and Data Protection, Pat Breen TD, gave the keynote address at the ‘Taking Care of Business’ event on Tuesday, 25 September 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Ennis Road, Limerick.
He called the event a further demonstration of the Government’s commitment to reach out to the business community, and to promote awareness of the full range of supports available to the SME sector, start-ups and entrepreneurs. It was, he said, also a sign of the Government’s commitment to regional development.
An initiative of the Government of Ireland, and run by Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation in conjunction with the Health and Safety Authority and the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Taking Care of Business 2018 brought together more than 25 State bodies, agencies and units, and builds on the success of previous events in recent years, which have been attended by approximately 2,700 people from across the country.
