Our Complaints Procedures deals with complaints concerning the level and standard of customer service that we provide.

How do I make a complaint?

You can make a complaint by contacting the business unit concerned or contacting the Customer Service Unit

How do I seek a review?

If you are not happy with the Department’s response to your complaint you may seek a review.
