Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC) and IDA Ireland today (Thursday) announced the opening of the Marsh & McLennan Innovation Centre in Dublin, Ireland. The Innovation Centre will be a data and analytics development platform for Marsh & McLennan’s businesses – Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman – to deliver industry-leading digital solutions to clients.
The project is supported by the Department of Jobs through IDA Ireland.

The Innovation Centre is the first of its kind for Marsh & McLennan and reinforces the Company’s drive for continuous innovation and industry leadership. The Company has expanded the responsibilities of its Chief Technology Officer, David Fike, to include serving as President of the Innovation Centre. Mr. Fike relocated to Dublin late last year. Marsh & McLennan’s Innovation Centre is expected to create up to 100 highly skilled jobs.
