The Minister for Business & Employment Ged Nash TD, has submitted his report “The Sale and Liquidation of Clerys: a report to Government” to the Taoiseach and the Tánaiste.
Minister Nash also briefed his Cabinet colleagues on the report this morning. The report is attached here:

The report, with appendices including documents submitted to the High Court during the liquidation hearing on June 12th and correspondence between Minister Nash and Natrium, is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation website http://www.djei.ie/employment/clerys.htm
