Minister Bruton and Minister Nash welcome the start of European SME Week

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mr Richard Bruton, T.D. and the Minister for Business and Employment, Mr Ged Nash, T.D. today welcomed the start of European SME Week which takes place from today until next Sunday (Monday 29th September- Sunday, 5th October 2014).

AIG Opens New EMEA Treasury Operations Centre in Dublin

AIG today announced the establishment of its EMEA Treasury Operations Centre in Dublin. The Operations Centre will form part of the already established Dublin Investment Centre that provides Investment Administration services to AIG globally.

New €250k fund to support Agri-Business sector in Ireland – Minister Bruton

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, today (Tuesday) launched the new Enterprise Ireland €250,000 Competitive Feasibility Fund aimed at stimulating new start-ups in the agri-business sector. This fund, which can provide up to €25,000 per project, is now open for applications, and will remain open until Tuesday, 21st October 2014.

Minister English congratulates Cork students on success at global science competition

Minister for Skills, Research and Innovation, Damien English TD, today congratulated three Cork students on their success at the Google Science Fair in California. Ciara Judge, Emer Hickey and Sophie Healy-Thow from Kinsale were last night named the overall winners of the Grand Prize as well as the 15-16 age category at this prestigious global science competition.
