Customers who wish to complain about the quality of customer service provided by the Department can submit a complaint under our Complaint Procedures.
Our Complaints procedure does not cover Administrative Decisions taken by the Department. For example, applicants who have been refused an export license or an employment permit may appeal such decisions by invoking other appeal mechanisms.
